Before you buy

Everything you need to know

Does it need electricity or batteries to replace?

No plug or wiring is needed.
A solar panel charges the built-in rechargeable battery during the day

How long does it take to charge and how long does it glow?

About 6–8 hours of direct sun gives roughly 6–10 hours of glow.
Cloudy days charge less, so the glow is shorter.

Does it turn on by itself?

Yes.
A built-in sensor switches it on at dusk and off at sunrise.
Make sure the switch on the base is set to ON when you first set it up.

Can it stay outside in rain and dust?

It is built for outdoor use with a weather-resistant iron body

Is it bright, and what colour is the light?

It is a soft ambience light, designed to create a pattern and mood rather than light up an area.

How many should I buy for my entrance?

One works as a single statement piece.
For a doorway or gate, a pair on either side keeps it symmetrical.
For an entrance plus a balcony or terrace, consider the festive set.

Can I use it on a balcony?

Yes, as long as the panel gets direct sunlight during the day.
A wall behind it gives the clearest pattern.

What happens on cloudy days?

Less sunlight means less charge, so it glows for a shorter time that evening.

Does it need electricity?

No grid electricity.
It runs on a battery charged by its solar panel.

    Soft Glow on the wall
It isn't bright like a bulb. It's soft and cosy, exactly what our balcony needed
